Honestly, I paid the price of the replacement part and one extra because it is a relatively cheap cost for replacement. But, I my mechanical opinion the part is under designed structurally and rather faulty. I golf a couple times a week at my club in my personal cart. I literally have never adjusted the arm since I originally mounted it. The original threaded part literally crumbled. My iPhone free fell when I was away from the cart on a green putting and cracked the screen. The material used is too brittle for longevity. I would be very surprised if you didn't sell a lot of these parts or get a lot of claims from clients. Dom Covarelli

I’ve had the shaft caddy for a couple Years now. Finally had a piece break off the back end of the mount. Contacted customer service and they had a new piece out to me within the week. Top notch product and even better service. Would most definitely recommend!
The only part offered is apparently for the larger tablet size, thus didn't fit my shaft caddy. I asked via the website if the smaller size was offered for replacement, and never got a response.

Phone holder still moves swivel ball does not get tight
Replacement parts came in and was pretty easy to replace. You'll have to use a small flathead screwdriver to get the excess pieces out but easy. Thank you for sending the replacement parts. Best phone holder in the market!
