The item was damaged in shipping and i have not been able to get help from your sales staff on a replacement
Unfortunately it does not fit my golf cart. I would have/should have given a higher score as it’s a great product, just doesn’t fit. The shaft on my steering column is too thick and won’t accommodate the mechanism to attach.

The holder really worked well. Downside on the shaft is it's not made to fit the square pipe on the golfcart. but rather the steering wheel and it's not large enough to go around the steering

Great device. This is my second. The first did break at the connection from the case mount to the swivel. Everything man made does wear out so no big deal.
Your product is great in a golf cart right up until you hit a bump. When you drive over a bump in the road my phone flies out of the "claws" that are supposed to hold it in. I have stopped using the phone holder as I have found a better product that suits my needs. I do however use the shaft and have mounted a more suitable phone holder to it.
